Locally owned and operated, Sharnelle Samuel Molloy, Esquire is the Broker-Owner of Red Sunset Realty. With a passion for all things real estate and wanting to offer real estate clients the highest degree of trusted service, she started Red Sunset Realty in 2018. Sharnelle’s expertise in the Virgin Islands market is homegrown having lived on St. Croix most of her life spending only her law school years in Michigan, and a few of her professional years working in and exploring St. Thomas/St. John.
Sharnelle is a member of the Virgin Islands Territorial Board of REALTORS®, the St. Croix Board of REALTORS®, and the St. Thomas Board of REALTORS®. She is an active member of the Virgin Islands Bar Association, currently serves on the Board of the Queen’s Ridge Condominium Association, and is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., St. Croix Alumnae Chapter. Her down time is spent with family and friends cherishing every moment and living life to the fullest. She loves a good fete and doesn’t miss a soca beat. She married the love of her life, and they share a beautiful daughter, Elise Layla, who is often right by her mom’s side.
